John Cascarano
John is an experienced attorney, brand founder & entrepreneur. John has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in various roles from CEO to Counsel. He formerly practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm as a commercial real estate lawyer. John earned his BA degree in English from Duke University in 2001 and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004. John is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia.
Dr. Jeff Anzalone
Dr. Anzalone is a real estate investor with equity in several projects including apartments, short-term rentals, hotels, self-storage, and mobile home parks. He currently practices part-time as a periodontist in Louisiana. He spends the majority of his time teaching high-income professionals how to create multiple passive income streams to exit the rat race at DebtFreeDr.com.
Zackry Cooper
Zack is an entrepreneur with 20+ years in residential mortgage financing and real estate investing, devoted to liberating individuals from the rat race through strategic cash-flow-driven ventures. Originating over a billion dollars in mortgages, Zack’s impact transcends transactions. A former radio host, he shares insights widely.
