Founder
John Cascarano
John is an experienced attorney, brand founder & entrepreneur. John has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in various roles from CEO to Counsel. He formerly practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm as a commercial real estate lawyer. John earned his BA degree in English from Duke University in 2001 and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004. John is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia.
Chief Investment Officer & Managing Partner
Fadi El Rabaa
Fadi El Rabaa is Chief Investment Officer & Managing Partner at Blue Metric Group, where he leads investment strategy, capital formation, and institutional partnerships across U.S. and international markets, including the Middle East. He brings extensive experience across private investments, real assets, and global capital markets, with a strong track record working with institutional investors and family offices.
Fadi earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, with an emphasis in Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys music—particularly piano—travel, and exploring different cultures.

Dr. Jeff Anzalone
Dr. Anzalone is a real estate investor with equity in several projects including apartments, short-term rentals, hotels, self-storage, and mobile home parks. He currently practices part-time as a periodontist in Louisiana. He spends the majority of his time teaching high-income professionals how to create multiple passive income streams to exit the rat race at DebtFreeDr.com.
Zackry Cooper

Zackry is the ignition point—pairing visionary operators with extraordinary deals. With $1B+ in lending experience and a specialty in debt structuring, he brings both capital clarity and catalytic vision to projects. His background spans lending, development, and purpose-driven real estate, positioning him to align resources with both performance and purpose.
For Zackry, the truest legacy is at home—as a devoted husband and father of two sons who remain at the center of everything he builds.
Chris Koerner
Chris Koerner has bought, sold and operated over 25 MH and RV parks across the midwest and southeast. His real estate investing content is read by millions every month and he has founded and sold multiple 7-8 figure businesses. He has a business degree from the University of Alabama and an MBA from TCU and lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and 4 kids.
Nathan Stoops
Nathan Stoops is a real estate investor, developer, and builder based in Middle TN and Northern Alabama. He has been a builder partner, managing partner, or LP in dozens of new construction projects. As the former Chief Business Officer and co-founder of a boutique construction company, Nathan drove the acquisition and funding of over $50M of new construction development in the first two years of company growth. Currently, as a managing partner, Nathan oversees a 9-figure portfolio of new construction and land development projects. Nathan and his wife Ashley split their time between Nashville TN and Smith Lake in Cullman County AL.
Rich Turasky
30 Year Investment Entrepreneur and Financial Executive with Executive Board Member Roles with multiple Private, Public, and Charitable Boards. A Principal since 26 years old who has been the Managing Partner or Founder in more than 40 Operating Companies and the Managing Partner in more than 100 Private or Institutional Commercial Real Estate Investments Developments and Asset Management. Previous memberships in Vistage and Tiger 21.
Erik Fordyce
With 20 years of finance and investor relations experience, Erik has held leadership roles in corporate finance and private equity, specializing in valuation, debt, and equity analysis. Formerly VP of Corporate Finance at GE Capital and MUFG, he has structured over $1 billion in transactions. Erik also led investor relations, providing oversight in financial modeling and communications. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Oregon, an MBA from Babson College.
