Our focus on time-valued returns aligns with the enduring appeal of camping as an affordable vacation and living alternative. Leveraging growth patterns, we acquire cash-flowing properties near lakes, state parks, and major highways, creating a valuable barrier to entry for vacationers and also closing the divide of housing affordability in our current world.
We take a simple approach to our parks: it's about the people staying at our properties, and the people we employ. Often, these special properties have been family owned and operated for 25 - 30+ years, creating lifelong memories for guests.
